MCSO arrests couple linked with child custody fraud

Ciara and Michael Coultrap, a couple from Mesa, ran "Legacy Family and Children's Services" out of their home. Michael Coultrap, whose legal name is Michelle Madarieta, allegedly claimed to be a licensed therapist with a doctoral degree. According to Dawn Alexander, in her story MCSO arrests couple linked with child custody fraud, "Legacy Family & Chileren's Services" opened in 2009. Their services included mediation & supervised visitation along with counseling services.

According to the author of the story

.... Dave Leggatt pleaded guilty to three charges.

 

He admitted raping one girl on various dates in 2011 and 2012 when she was aged between 11 and 12. The 59-year-old also admitted sexually assaulting another girl from the age of three and attempting to rape her between May 2006 and November 2007.

 

Legatt, from Fife, photographed and videos some of the abuse. He was found with 115,700 indecent images of children and 921 videos of children. He admitted possessing and making indecent images of children between August 2010 and August this year. ....

Freeing the San Antonio Four

My Nov 12 post, Woman released from prison after accuser recants sex assault accusations, included a news video (& link to the print article) about a woman - Anna Vasques -who had recently been released from prison.

 

Anna Vasques, along with three others, had been accused of sexual abuse. The women had subsequently been imprisoned. Recently, one of the accusors recanted, after wich Anna Vasques was released. After some research, I found (& included) a link to Four Lives Lost, a site dedicated to justice the four accused women.

 

It has now come to my attention that the San Antonio Current has done an article, Freeing the San Antonio Four. The article is well done & is worth a read.

Boy, family reunited after accusations parents killed daughter

Yesterday, I shared a story - Is a boy being kept from his parents to force them to confess to a crime they deny committing? - about the tragidy's suffered by the Jackson family. First, their 4-year-old daughter Birlkee passed away in her sleep. Then, their son Brody was removed from their care when they were named suspects.

 

Today I would like to share an update on the story. Brody has been reunited with the Jacksons.
